Simeon was not only able to immediately diagnosis the issue over the phone, but he also was able to turn around the job within 24 hours (including pick-up and drop-off service). Laptop is running like new now. And he also provided an estimate up front and stuck to it. Overall, he was extremely accommodating in comparison to other competitors I consulted. I had great luck with Vulcan Consulting.. Simeon was very accomodating, even going out of his way to pick up and drop off my computer! Repair and parts replacement was done in a timely fashion (within 2 days) and price was extremely reasonable.. Recommended for anyone in the area!

Simeon at Vulcan Consulting was great! I called on Saturday after finding their name on a yahoo search list and he was upfront and honest with me problem I was having with my computer. He ordered the part that day, the part came in on Monday and he dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon. My computer is fixed and works great! Would definitely do business with them again!

Best “IT guy” in Brighton
He fixed my laptop and gave me tons of tips for future use!!! He also does small businesses which is good to know. I’ll have to call him when I get my entrepreneurial juices flowing. Repaired my computer
He fixed my computer quick for a flat fee. It was dieing from a bunch of viruses. He came by and picked it up and dropped it back the next day like a brand new computer. I can easily recommend him again and will to my friends and co-workers.

Quick laptop repair
Call them up and a guy answered fast. He is honest because I had shopped around before calling him… I told him my problem and he presented me with a few options and why some were worth it and some weren’t. I ended up using him and he fixed it quick and fast. I will definitely refer him to my friends around the Boston College & Boston University area. The price is reasonable compared to taking it to Geek Squad where they rip you off.
